Cancellation & Refund Policy

DIRECT2OUTLET PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day as placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants, and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • DIRECT2OUTLET PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for consumable and personal items like perfumes and accessories etc.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request needs to be accompanied with required photo/video proof for the brand to take the decision - the brand's decision will be final and binding. This should be reported within the same day of receipt of the products. In case of valid complaint, attempt will be made to replace the defective product with the exact same product. In case, replacement is not available the consumer will be issued a gift voucher of the original value that they can use on the site anytime within the next 12 months.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • In the event of any Refunds approved by the DIRECT2OUTLET PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
  • Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Direct2Outlet in case of any misuse by Buyer.
    • We may also request you for additional documents for verification.
  • Refund shall be subject to Buyer complying with Policies.
    • Direct2Outlet reserves the right to impose limits on the number of Transactions or Transaction Price which Direct2Outlet may receive from on an individual Valid Credit/Debit/ Cash Card / Valid Bank Account/ and such other infrastructure or any other financial instrument directly or indirectly through payment aggregator or through any such facility authorized by Reserve Bank of India to provide enabling support facility for collection and remittance of payment or by an individual Buyer during any time period, and reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions exceeding such limit.
  • Direct2Outlet reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions by Buyers with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by Buyer with Direct2Outlet or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by Issuing Bank or breach of any policy.
  • Direct2Outlet may delay notifying the payment confirmation i.e. informing the Brand to Dispatch, if Direct2Outlet deems suspicious or for Buyers conducting high transaction volumes to ensure safety of the Transaction and Transaction Price. In addition, Direct2Outlet may hold Transaction Price and Direct2Outlet may not inform Brand to Dispatch or remit Transaction Price to law enforcement officials (instead of refunding the same to Buyer) at the request of law enforcement officials or in the event the Buyer is engaged in any form of illegal activity.
  • The Buyer acknowledges that Direct2Outlet will not be liable for any damage, interests or claims etc. resulting from not processing a Transaction/Transaction Price or any delay in processing a Transaction/Transaction Price which is beyond control of Direct2Outlet.
